Sitting here at work while jamming to some reggae, I look back at everything that 2015 brought my family and I. We traveled, moved to a new place and started new jobs.  My husband and I went through all of these changes and we supported one another through it all. 2015 had it’s tense moments but we did not allow those tense moments to bring us down. Make 2016 the year in which you go on an adventure, if you haven’t done so already.  Do something different, change your regular routine.  Step out of your comfort zone, only if you feel that it will be a good thing. In 2016 don’t be afraid to tell your friends and family how much you love and care about them and what they mean to you.  Learn to love yourself in 2016 and understand that there are people that love and care about you. Don’t be afraid of growth in the new year, because in order to grow you can’t be the same person you were 5 or 10 years ago. Embrace the new year.  I wouldn’t necessarily recommend a new year’s resolution, but simply do something different. For those of you that have lost a loved one, I understand that it’s not easy. But just remember that it’s ok to take it one day at a time.  Don’t rush into anything that you are not ready for. From my family to yours, we want to wish all of you a very happy and prosperous 2016.
